We want to get a new surface applied to the theatre stage. The current plan is to put a top layer of 3/16 HDF. I'm targeting July 26 to start laying down the new material. 

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss any preparatory work that should be considered and to determine how much assistance we can gather for the project.
